Return Policy

At Mufelt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date

Condition: Products must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  
  
• In original packaging with all tags attached
  
  
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:
➤ Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
➤ Customized or personalized items
➤ Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

2.Return Process

1.Request Authorization:

Email mufelt1980@outlook.com with:

• Order number
  
  
• Product details
  
  
• Reason for return

We'll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 48 hours

2.Package Your Items:

• Securely repackage in original packaging
  
  
• Include all original accessories and documentation
• Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package

3.Ship Your Return:

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  
  
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  
  
• Ship to:

3. Refund Processing

Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items

Method: Refund issued to original payment form

Deductions:
➤ Original shipping costs non-refundable
➤ 15% restocking fee for non-defective returns

4.Exchanges

• Currently only offer refunds (no direct exchanges)
  
  
• To exchange: Return original item and place new order

5. Damaged/Defective Items

• Report within 7 days of delivery

• We'll cover return shipping and provide:

6. International Returns

• Customers responsible for:

• Refund amount may be adjusted for original shipping/duties paid

7. Final Sale Items

• No returns or exchanges accepted
