Payment Policy

At Mufelt, we strive to provide a secure and seamless payment experience. This policy outlines our accepted payment methods, processing procedures, and related terms.

 

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept payments exclusively through:

  • PayPal

All major credit/debit cards processed through PayPal

PayPal balance transfers

PayPal Credit

Note: We do not currently accept direct credit card payments, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency.

 

2. Payment Security

  • All transactions are processed through PayPal's secure payment gateway

  • We never store your full payment details on our servers

  • PayPal provides buyer protection for eligible purchases

 

3. Order Processing

  • Authorization: Your payment method will be authorized (but not charged) when you place your order

  • Charging: Full payment will be processed when your order ships

  • Declined Payments: Orders with declined payments will be placed on hold for 48 hours before cancellation

 

4. Currency & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars)

  • PayPal will automatically convert currencies using their current exchange rate

  • The final charge may vary slightly due to:
  1. Currency conversion rates

  2. Bank/PayPal processing fees

 

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original PayPal account

  • Processing time: 3-10 business days after return approval

  • PayPal may require additional time to post the refund to your account

 

6. Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email notification

  2. Your order will be placed on hold for 48 hours

  3. After 48 hours, unprocessed orders will be automatically canceled

Tip: Ensure your PayPal account has sufficient funds or your linked payment method is valid.

 

7. Pre-Orders & Special Items

For pre-order items:

  • Payment is processed immediately

  • Refunds available until item ships

  •  Made-to-order items: Non-refundable after production begins

 

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • We encourage strongly contacting us first at mufelt1980@outlook.com to resolve any issues

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Account suspension

Blacklisting from future purchases

 

9. Payment Verification

For high-value orders (>$300), we may:

  •  Request additional identity verification

  • Temporarily hold the order for manual review

  • Contact you via PayPal's secure messaging system
