1. Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund. This gives you plenty of time to try on your order and decide if it’s right for you.
2. Return Conditions
- Light try-on is acceptable—items don’t need to be in “perfect new” condition, just in reasonable and reusable state.
- Packaging and tags are appreciated but not required.
- Proof of purchase helps us process your return faster, but if you’ve misplaced it, our team can still assist.
- Non-returnable items include hygiene-sensitive products (such as underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry), customized or personalized items, and final sale items unless defective.
3. How to Return
- Contact Us – Email us at mufelt1980@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Simple Guidance – Our support team will reply with straightforward instructions—no complicated authorization numbers.
- Ship Back – Send the item with any reliable courier. Trackable shipping is recommended but not mandatory.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
- Funds go back to your original payment method.
- No restocking fees—ever.
- If your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we’ll refund you first and, if you prefer, arrange a free replacement shipped directly to your home. In some cases, we may not require you to return the item.
5. Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return your order for a refund and place a new order. Our team is happy to assist with reordering.
6. International Returns
- Customers cover return shipping and any customs fees unless the return is due to our error.
- If it’s our mistake, we’ll cover everything—including shipping and duties.
